St. Petersburg Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete flooring, garage floor coatings, polyaspartic coatings, metallic epoxy flooring, concrete sealing, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related surface preparation and finishing work.
Our services are performed at client properties in St. Petersburg, FL and surrounding Pinellas County communities. All services are subject to a written agreement or work order signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates provided by St. Petersburg Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. All estimates are written and presented to the client before any work begins.
An estimate is not a final invoice. The final price may differ from the estimate if conditions are discovered during the work that were not visible or identifiable during the initial assessment - such as concealed concrete damage, unexpected moisture levels, or additional surface preparation required. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to and approved by the client before additional work is performed.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After 30 days, pricing may be subject to change.
Project dates are confirmed in writing between the client and St. Petersburg Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring. We ask that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee to cover materials procurement and crew scheduling costs.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the installation. In such cases, we will notify the client as soon as possible and work with them to find the next available date.
Clients are responsible for clearing the work area before the scheduled start date as agreed in the work order. Delays caused by the client's failure to prepare the space may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
Payment terms are specified in the written work order or contract provided to the client before work begins. In general:
Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in the work order may be subject to a late fee. St. Petersburg Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels.
The client agrees to:
